• Help is Always on the Way, Sometimes Faster if You Call

I consider myself very fortunate. I love what I do. I like to help and I know I can. Every challenge also contains the solution. Whether it is personal or professional challenges that are causing you to feel that bump in the road, I can help you smooth it out. We exist mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically- every challenge impacts us at all levels. A harmonious balance can provide us with focus, direction, revitalized energy and inner peace as we experience this walk of life. It is a delicate balance and my intention is your holistic success. It is said that as an individual advances, so does the human race. So let’s get to work!

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication from the University of North Texas and I am currently returning to school to complete an Associates in Science. I think learning should be a lifelong experience and especially learning about one’s own self.

My coaching/mentoring/healing education includes certification from the Stillpoint School of Advanced Energy Healing by Dr. Meredith Young Sowers in 1999 and studying with Gary Craig, founder of the Emotional Freedom Technique.

In 2001, my world as I knew it changed. I attended a seminar by Zivorad Slavinski in Chicago, IL on the study of “PEAT” , a method he developed to help clients release their resistance to life’s daily challenges as well as it’s deeper offerings. PEAT stands for Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendence. Two years later I became a PEAT Trainer and the first American to be appointed outside of Mr. Slavinski’s original Belgrade group. Today, I am one of 3 “Trainers of Trainers” in the United States. Zivorad Slavinski’s work sometimes utilizes activation of the acupoint meridians, yet he refers to his methods as Spiritual Technology. His intention is to liberate the individual from suffering so they might more fully engage their inner, spiritual life and goals. When we release stress, we naturally rise.

In 2005 I completed my Life Coaching Certification with John Overdurf, the co-creator of HNLP- Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology.

My work is about helping others discover their inner peace and find direction in their life by helping them to accept those changes that occur on a daily basis. I employ energy therapies, spiritual technologies and sound coaching practices to engage my clients in a more meaningful experience of their own lives. I believe we are living at an important time of rapid change and the tools are here to help us navigate that ever changing landscape.
